Ingredients

  • Cooking spray to grease pan
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spray the roasting pan with cooking spray.
  3. Peel garlic and chop finely.
  4. In a bowl, mix garlic, oil, salt, and rosemary until paste forms.
  5. Rub the paste on the pork.
  6. Place pork in roasting pan.
  7. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until it reaches 155 degrees. Cover pork loosely with foil and finish until it reaches 165 degrees.
